Walnut Apple Goat Cheese Salad

Enjoy this crispy salad that has a kick, with a home made vinaigrette that will have your going back for more!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Vertical Roots Romain Lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Vertical Roots Leafy Green Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Vertical Roots Arugula chopped
  • 1 small apple chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Tangy Apple Cider Vinaigrette (see recipe link in notes below.)

Instructions
 

  • Combine Lettuces in a large bowl.
  • Layer Apple, Walnut, and Goat Cheese on the top.
  • Pour over vinaigrette and toss together.
  • Serve as a side dish or a full meal with a slice of fresh sough dough on the side.
