Tuna Salad Sandwich

A lunch staple high in protein, topped with our tasty greens for the win!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Flaked Tuna in water
  • 1/4 cup Diced Celery
  • 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Vertical Roots Dill
  • Salt and Cracked Pepper
  • 4 leaves Vertical Roots Leafy Greens
  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread (Toasted)

Instructions
 

  • Drain tuna and place in a bowl
  • Add all spices, dill and wet ingredients, mix together well
  • Split and spread evenly on 2 slices of sourdough toast
  • Top each with 2 leaves of Vertical Roots Leafy Greens
  • Top with 2nd piece of bread, cut in half, and ENJOY!
