Tuna Salad Sandwich
A lunch staple high in protein, topped with our tasty greens for the win!
Prep Time 15 minutes mins
- 1 can Flaked Tuna in water
- 1/4 cup Diced Celery
- 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Vertical Roots Dill
- Salt and Cracked Pepper
- 4 leaves Vertical Roots Leafy Greens
- 4 slices Sourdough Bread (Toasted)
Drain tuna and place in a bowl
Add all spices, dill and wet ingredients, mix together well
Split and spread evenly on 2 slices of sourdough toast
Top each with 2 leaves of Vertical Roots Leafy Greens
Top with 2nd piece of bread, cut in half, and ENJOY!
