Greek Vegetarian Power Bowl
A delightful nutrient rich bowl, filled with veggies, whole grains and plant protiens.
- 2 cup Cooked Brown Rice
- 4 Cups Vertical Roots Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup Chick Peas
- 4 TBS Black Olives - pitted and sliced
- 4 TBS Red Onion
- 2 Mini Cucumber
- 10 Small Cherry Tomoatoes Sliced in half
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese - Crumbled
- 4 TBS Hemp Oil
- 4 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Prep all ingredients so they are ready to combine.
- You can plate them in separate bowls for each person OR toss them together in a large bowl. Your choice!
- Drizzle Hemp Oil and Balsamic Vinegar over the ingredients.
- Season with Salt and Pepper.
