Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wrap
You can EAT IN and EAT WELL! This elevated Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wrap is the coziest meal that is easy to make and just as good as ordering in. Save your money and be kind to your body with this made at home option.

- 2 whole wheatt tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1/2 cup arugula (chopped)
- 1 cup left over roasted chicken (shredded)
- 1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce
- 1 cup Vertical Roots Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup havartie Cheese (shredded)
Mix the mayonnaise, Sriracha, and arugula and set aside.
Mix the shredded chicken with Frank's Hot Sauce until blended well. Add more hot sauce if you want it to be on the spicier side.
Take the 2 tortillas and spread the spicy mayo across the entire wrap.
Next, place the shredded chicken the centre of the wrap.
Sprinkle shredded Havarti cheese on top of the chicken.
Place the romaine lettuce on top of the cheese down the centre of the wrap.
Fold the wrap. Take the two sides and fold in. Next, take the round side closest to you and fold over, followed by a tight pull in. Roll the wrap away from you and tuck in any sides, and finish with a tight roll.
Grill or Bake Options
PANINI GRILL Place the finished wrap on the Panini Grill, and leave until golden brown. Flip once if required for an even cook.
BROILER OVEN If you do not have a Panini Grill, using your broiler, set to a Medium Broil heat, and place the rack 2 below the element. Place the wraps on parchment paper for easy clean up and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping to ensure even cooking.
Let cool for 3-5 minutes, to cool then slice and enjoy!
