Green Goddess Dressing

A Herbalicious Dressing for bowls, salads, and a great dip! In 5 minutes, you can have your very own version of this incredible dressing. We are using several herbs, but this is a flexible dressing, and you can play around with your favorites. We would suggest using at least 2.

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Plain Green Yogurt
  • 1 Lemon - juiced
  • `1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Cappers
  • 2 Green Onions (green tips)
  • 1/4 cup Vertical Roots Dill
  • 1/4 cup Vertical Roots Basil
  • 1/4 cup Vertical Roots Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Vertical Roots Mint
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in the food processor.
  • Blend until all herbs are blended well.
  • Taste the dressing, follow with salt and pepper, and blend again.
  • The dressing will need salt, so go ahead and taste again, and add for your preference.
  • Enjoy as a dressing on your salads, bowls, and even as a dip. No guilt - all pleasure!
  • This dressing is very flexible and you can switch out the Greek yogurt for mayo, you can use a couple herbs instead of 4. You can add more garlic or skip the cappers. The main focus in the herbs so get creative and give it a go!
