Monthly Submissions

Every month each farm is required to submit their monthly gross sales for payment of the royalties agreed to in the licence. These royalties go towards operations, testing, and continued support for the Vertical Roots farms. Submissions are due on the 30th of every month, and payment is due on the 15th of the following month, once the invoice from Vertical Roots Canada has been sent to you.

2 Reports are required and they are the Profit Loss from Quickbooks for the Month along with the Square Sales for the Month. They can be uploaded as CSV or PDF.
